We joined an existing product mid-development, extending the client's team to optimize software that another team had already built for the new-build and property development market.

Discovery & Scoping

With core functionality already in place, we first mapped the existing codebase and identified performance and integration gaps. We scoped a focused set of tasks around optimization and new features, which made team extension a better fit than a full engagement.

Execution & Tracking

A lean team of React, React Native, and AWS specialists worked alongside the client's developers on the existing stack. Work centered on the Lead Tracker, real-time synchronization, and third-party integrations, delivered incrementally into the live platform.
