Incora joined the project after it had already started, taking on software development, platform optimization, quality assurance, post-launch support, and project planning.
Discovery & Scoping
Because we joined mid-project, we started with project planning to fit our work into the existing product and its priorities around energy decentralization and on-building generation.
Execution & Tracking
Working as a team extension, we built the platform on MongoDB and Redis, integrated third-party APIs for secure data operations, and added process automation. We also optimized the existing IT infrastructure to support future scalability as adoption grows.
Quality & Delivery
Quality assurance ran alongside development throughout the engagement. After launch, we provided ongoing software support and maintenance.
